We want you to love your scent. If something is wrong, we'll make it right.
Unopened bottles
Unopened, factory-sealed bottles can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Original packaging must be intact.
Customer covers return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Opened bottles
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles. However, if the scent doesn't work for you, message us within 14 days at nxtlvldubai@gmail.com or on WhatsApp (+971 56 480 8713) — we'll often offer a one-time exchange for a different scent or store credit.
Damaged or wrong items
If your bottle arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
How refunds work
Once we receive your return (or accept your damage claim), refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Tabby and Klarna refunds may take up to 14 days to reflect in your account, depending on the provider.
Final-sale items
Discovery sets and gift cards are final sale — not eligible for return.
