Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By checking out you confirm you meet this age requirement.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in your selected currency (default AED). Prices include UAE VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Klarna, Tabby, Cash on Delivery (UAE only).

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before shipment, in which case we refund any payment in full.

Product information

We describe each fragrance as accurately as possible. Scent is subjective — a product description is not a guarantee of how a fragrance will smell on you. See our refund policy for return options.

Each bottle contains 100ml of Extrait de Parfum, designed in Dubai, blended in France. Ingredients are listed on the bottle and on each product page.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photography, brand name, fragrance compositions — is owned by NXTLVL Parfum and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer our content or formulas.

Limitation of liability

Fragrances can cause allergic reactions in rare cases. Patch-test a small area of skin before regular use. We are not liable for personal allergic reactions; consult a dermatologist if you have sensitive skin.

Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
